| The "propeller" wind speed sensor is frozen solid on the R M Young wind instrument. The vane is working at present. See the "Wind" item in the Navigation stub at the left of the web page. The Davis wind is still working as is the ultrasonic anemometer mounted near ground level. (This wind set reads lower due to the proximity to the garage and house interference). See other local weather stations such as the PI County Airport, or the CWOP stations such as the Marina or KE8DAF-15 station. Expires Mar 13 at 10:24am EDT |
